1st day of school

Today I had the first day of school. I am working with this school district called Neighborhood Center, Incs. or NCI for short. In a few words, the first day was alot of crying and very disorganized on my part. I had never really experienced being with the kids, all day so it was rough. They were in school from 7:45 in the morning to 2:45 in the afternoon. It was rough. Most of my kids are 3 years old so this was the first time without their mothers or fathers, etc. So there was around 3 kids who cried the entire. They would not want to stop crying, no matter what.
